Very clean friendly staff

The only thing that bothered us during our stay was just noisy neighbors they kept opening and slamming their door closed what seemed like all night

Location, Breakfast buffet had better options than most breakfast included stays. All the employees that worked there were pleasant and helpful. Very nice facility.

this hotel surprise me with the quality bedding, well organized furniture, ability to place more than one bag on stands, pretty good shower, it's rural location but very close to the town

the windows are sealed units, you cannot get even 1 inches of fresh air in. In a weather like this October this was painful and interfered with our sleep.

breakfast had a great variety of food.

I had called the day before explaining that my wife is temporarily disabled and we would arrive around 2:15-2:30and would need to check in at this time. I was told that wouldn't be a problem. I was told room not ready had to be cleaned and give them 20 minutes. At 2:15 we were only people in lobby for check-in. When came back inside because we were waiting outside there were several people who went in and were also waiting. The lady said she couldn't check us in had to wait for the check-in person. At 3:00 they started the check-in. We were late for my niece's wedding. We were not able to leave hotel until almost 3:40pm. This is the first Holiday Inn Express that we used and didn't allow early check-in. The lady who assisted with check-in was sorry about the mix up and the man who checked us in changed our room to first floor do to my wife having a temporarily being disabled. They gentleman behind the counter at 2:15 pm who said the room wasn't ready was no where to be found when we went back in. There wasn't anyone behind the counter .
