No breakfast
Nothing everything was good

Facility was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Neighborhoid had very limited walkability, but a short car ride brings you to all stores and Ball State campus. Will definitely stay here again.
Noisy most of the night from other rooms

The room was nice and well kept. The bed was very comfortable! Staff were very nice and helpful
The breakfast was a little lacking. But hey it’s free, so can’t really complain about it

not many choices for breakfast. location was close to where I was going. staff was all very friendly and helpful.
Facility is old. no elevator and I have a knee brace. I had to pull my suitcase up the stairs to my room.
my first room had a TV that didn't work. the lady behind the desk came up to my room and she literally took the TV off the wall to check cables, etc. She couldn't get it to work so she gave me another room.
in my second room, I found where someone had shaved in the bathroom sink. when I turned on the water, the sink immediately filled due to a slow drain. I dealt with that my three-day stay.
