Charming property and excellent team of people in all areas.
My only mishap was caused by a guest who hit my parked car and dashed:(

Cool lobby. Lots of amenities with porch, lobby bar, restaurant, coffee shop and pool on site.
Need a light in the hall in front of closet when first entering room.

We had difficulty figuring out the tv… a staff member at front desk came up to room to help…we appreciated that but still could not figure out how to get channels…seemed complicated to us…too many channels , but then, again, we are older and not very tech savvy

The building and decor are gorgeous. Has a really great vibe with nods to old St Petersburg. Very good restaurant and bar inside the hotel and a small bakery coffee shop. Lively place and obviously popular with the locals. They knew it was our anniversary so they upgraded our room to a suite and gave us a bottle of champagne. Service was excellent.
