Value mostly. Staff was friendly. The room did not have any bad smells.
Issue was mostly not staff but the condition of room. Shower pipe was detached from wall so shower head, handle and spigot all moved whenever you touched it. Spout kept leaking out after you turned it off.
Walls scratched, front door needs repaint and general cleaning.
