It was nice, clean, and quiet.

Staff were soo welcoming and friendly.
Excellent value for money! Convenient if you are traveling for work. I stayed there for two weeks while I was looking for permanent accommodation and I was very comfortable. They do their best on a low budget and get all the basics right.

Location was good and bed comfortable, ample parking staff friendly.
Dated, one of the rooms booked was not what was selected, had to ask them to come in a clean headboard and both towels and pillows need a good bleach. Ended up buying a pillow and towels from the store across the road.
