It was clean and the staff was professional. Donna the desk clerk was very accommodating. I needed an accessible room and there were none. This hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so, Donna helped my daughter take our luggage to the second floor. Talk about going above and beyond!! Well, we went to get some food, and went we came back, Donna found a first floor room. You see, I am disabled . It’s great to see people with great customer service skills. Thank you, Donna.
The TV remote didn’t work in room 120.

Parking, The room was nice when we checked in.
For a Hilton Honors member, the stay could have been better. I had to keep going to the front desk to pick up towels and complain about the room not getting cleaned.
