While the hallways are being remodeled & not so scenic, my room was clean, comfortable , quiet & nice

Great location
Pool and hot tub not working and no water pressure in shower. Room had a really funky smell in it also.

Property as well located near a physical rehab rehabilitation clinic, where my daughter was needing to be for a few weeks. The room was clean and comfortable.
The Wi-Fi in the room was miserable to the point of being unusable. I tried to complain to the general manager and sent him an email explaining the problem. I did not hear back until after I had checked out, over 24 hours after I sent my original email. However, several hours after I checked out responding to a request from the Hotel that I evaluate my stay, he got in touch with me and explained that he’s taken over the hotel recently and that all sorts of things are being fixed, including the Wi-Fi. I was sorry that it took me giving a mediocre review for him to contact me but he did contact me.

I liked how close it was to stores and the mall. The room was big and bed was comfortable.
The construction was kind of a pain. I didn’t get clear instruction on how to get to the room and I wish it was a little easier to get to the room. I have low oxygen so stairs are my enemy.
