We liked the cozy feel of the Arbuckle, especially in the main lobby and breakfast bar areas! The functioning gas fireplaces contributed greatly to the coziness, but so did the stone and wood decor and all the autumn decorations. The Front Desk Staff was very helpful, too! The lady on duty on the day we left was happy to come out from behind the Desk to take a couple of photos of us posing in front of the fireplace. The Arbuckle also has a very convenient location, and the view over Gillette (especially at night) was fantastic from our 3rd Floor room. We enjoyed using the Fitness Room, too! The Pool and Hot-tub area looked wonderful as well, but we were just too tired to use them after our long day of driving.

Absolutely the only thing we could possibly suggest is more care to ensure that all of the dispensers in the bathroom (soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner) are kept full. Three out of the four of them were empty in our room. But the Front Desk was very happy to receive that comment and said they would fix the situation immediately.

Good price. What we expected. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

The elevator was broken. Thank goodness we can walk stairs without trouble. Also we were told the pool was broken and closed. We didn’t plan to swim, but it would have been disappointing if we had.

Comfortable with friendly staff

Breakfast was low end. Waffle maker was a plus

Large rooms

Shower soap and hair conditioner were totally empty…..of course not apparent until I was in the shower. The smell of sewer gas in the bathroom was strong and left me with a headache
