Facility was clean and beautiful.
The bed was actually comfortable, which for me is rare when staying in a hotel.
The room was cold upon entry, which is a bonus for me.
Booking.com needs to tell all the locations whether or not the customer has already paid or not. There was confusion with that.

The rooms were nice and the staff was very nice as well.
The breakfast could have had more choices and I couldn’t use their free WiFi for some reason

Location to our travel plans.
The room above us was very loud late into the night and several people roaming the halls late slamming doors. There was some cheer competition going on. Very disruptive to others at the hotel.
