The light on the microwave was so bright I had to fold a towel over it to get to sleep. I am super light sensitive when sleeping. The room was great otherwise.

Very good breakfast.
We only had 2 large towels for 3 people. We asked for more and were met with resistance.

The breakfast was very good. Staff was very friend;ly and helpful.
When I booked my reservation on Booking.com I indicated that I would pay when I arrived. Prior to traveling I received a request to pre-register. At the end of the request, it asked for my card information there was a statement that ASSURED me that no charges would be made to the card number provided. They charged my account $115.00 without my approval. This bait and switch is what will keep me from EVER staying at ANY La Quinta again and I have posted what happened to my group site and have advised my group to never stay at this hotel unless they are absolutely forced to do so.
Then let's address the room servicing. They came into me room to clean and put clean towels in the bathroom. I came back from an event to find not only did they NOT clean the room but there were no clean towels left in my room. The bed was unmade and the garbage was never taken out of the room.
