La Quinta by Wyndham Bowling Green

We were extremely impressed with everything from registration to the cleanliness of the entire facility we utilized. We also enjoyed the good breakfast allowing us to get on the road earlier.

Everything was as expected and there were no complaints.

The property was very clean, and it was easy access from the I-65 interstate. I loved the fact that there was a gated dog area, and the pet deposit was minimal. Breakfast consisted of a variety of options, including scrambled eggs and sausage patties.

Although there was a designated area for pets to do their business, the poop bag containers provided were all empty.

It was clean and comfortable

The room lighting was inferior and unpleasant. Only three lamps and all had strident, cold-whit LEDs whose light felt unnatural, much like cheap fluorescents but in bulb shapes. There was a lone ceiling light (similar tone) but way high over the entrance which was at least 12 feet up, and the way the room is shaped its light didn’t contribute to the overall under-lit pallor of the room. It needs to be warmed and brightened. The desk staff were excellent. We slept poorly the first night because the next room had a yippy dog whose owners let it bark incessantly starting very early in the morning.
