The breakfast was generally good.
Appreciated the variation from day to day
Personally, did not like the potatoes that well.
Lack of no sugar cereals was disappointing. Even packaged Oatmeals are full of sugar. All the others were loaded with sugar.
Add a healthier cereal option. Raisin bran, yes sugar, but not as much.

Convenient distance from the car rental and everything I needed
Why are the trash cans so small in the rooms? I’ve always wondered why hotels do not give people bigger trash cans. Why did I only have one drinking cup in the room other than the two for coffee. One cup to drink and brush your teeth, etc., not enough. Why aren’t there any towel bars in the bathroom?

Location was great, it was for a cousin's family reunion. Willow was especially helpful checking all of us in.

The location was convenient for the event we were attending.
The front of house staff was extremely rude. It took us 45 minutes to check in because although they could find our reservation number it wasn’t connected to a room. Our family was here for a wedding and was visiting in the breakfast room and was rudely told we had to leave because breakfast was over. There were no towels at the pool, our shower was lukewarm and didn’t drain and any questions we asked at the front desk were answered with a curt remark. The women cleaning our rooms were wonderful. They could give lessons to the people downstairs.
