Nice breakfast
I had an issue with a double deposit charged to my credit card.

Clean than neighbors hotels
Initially signed me a room where someone else was in this particular room. Had to reassign me to an actual not occupied room.

For a free breakfast, it was good. The location didn’t bother me. Access to the property was my issue. It was confusing to get to the hotel and that was farther exacerbated by the construction.
Your staff performed in an exemplary fashion! Front desk personnel were outstandingly efficient, professional and helpful. The service crew cleaning and cooking were equal in their approach to their tasks.

Location and friendly staff
Smelled dingy and bed felt damp. Order in room
