I had not travelled in 6 yrs so was surprised that there was no hot breakfast w eggs, meat, etc. I felt that the young woman at the counter for check in was excellent. She handled every request or problem with a smile & helpfulness. She was intelligent, made eye contact, was not weird in any way. Offered restaurant info that was helpful when I asked her & was like a friend.

Things were generally clean. My only suggestion is to let you know the disentegrating caulking around the tub & shower wall is not good. Looks bad plus can allow leaks! The quilted cover & the outer bed covering smelled of perfume right where u pull the covers up to your neck. I never use perfume so that was not good for me. I tried to reverse the covers but due to the well made darts and such, I had to leave them in place as they were. The sheets, pillows, other parts of the covers were fine & clean . Just have the house keeping dept. check for perfume smells at top of covers & maybe require laundry of them once a week. The best change would be to make a very easy to see set of numbers on the sign at road. You are quietly hidden off the road, which is great but for the out of towners, we need to see the address numbers quickly & easily. 5 inch minimum size numbers.

The staff was very nice and cordial.

Had problems with breakfast, not enough supplies for the guests on hand and staff trying to get essential. Problem with something biting us in our bedroom and seen a few strange insects in the room

The location is great. Love the handicap room. Very convenient.

The first time I stayed there loved it. Everything was clean and nice. This time it wasn’t like the first time. The bed was made in the first room. Housekeeping didn’t finish the room. I was moved to another room. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The toilet was dirty and the sink as well. I reported it to the front desk. They told me that they were gone for the day. There was no one there to inspect the room before the workers left. I was very disappointed because I had such a good experience the first time I came back. I hope it will be better if I decide to come back.
