Location was excellent
Our shower looked dirty and in need of repair, we complained to the front desk and housekeeping left a card to show they came in and looked at it but it didn’t appear touched and the bathroom didn’t smell freshly cleaned so it appears they did nothing.

The staff was AMAZING and kind. The room was comfortable and the location was great.
One working elevator, so that was a pain. Big storm caused flooding in room, but we were moved and taken care of. Then fire alarm at 5 am, but all due to water issue.

Location and size of room were great.
No shower curtain, safe was locked, 2 towel rails fell off the wall. Staff were a bit miserable. Breakfast was lack lustre and even though guests sitting in the restaurant doors to breakfast closed with no notice given. Housekeeping only every other day.
