Comfort Inn & Suites Near Lake Guntersville

Clean, quiet, kind staff, great food selection, good location.

I have no complaints.

Didn’t really like the location, but it was only one night not bad.

Was remodeled on the interior. Everything worked besides the ice machine.

Breakfast was good and convenient.

In my bedroom the Sheetrock tape was peeling from the ceiling.

The property was in a good location just minutes from everything.The blonde hair girl was friendly when we left Sunday morning.

The road to the property was rough and full of pot holes until you got to the parking lot. Staff not that friendly no one ever said hello at anytime that I can recall. The room we were in bed was hard the room was showing cracks this would be a simple fix if it was done. The people above were what sounded like running stomping the first night we were there. We called a few times down to the office but it never stopped. It’s it their not really because of the lack of respect for other people but they could have called them to let them know to quit down. For the price we paid I expected more.
