Studio 6 Sacramento, CA Natomas

I love staying at this Studio 6, every time I come to Sacramento.... I have typically stayed here for 3 weeks to a month at a time, and I have had purely, extremely positive experiences here and always look forward to staying here when I am in this state. I have a rather challenging disability which makes it very difficult for me to touch things and to feel at peace basically anywhere, but the staff at this hotel go far above and beyond to accommodate me and my unique needs every single time I am here. The person I interact with the most is the nighttime/overnight front desk representative, Shanna, and she goes out of her way to treat me with dignity, kindness, and in the most respectful and friendly manner I could ever imagine, all while making every part of my stay here just awesome. She is highly capable, she is quick to find a solution to anything needed and maintains a notably positive, professional and kind way of interacting with the guests, myself absolutely included. Truthfully, her wonderful way of handling not only me but everyone whom I have seen her interact with has made it so that I honestly very much look forward to the time I spend here. I am impressed on every level, not only by her caring and considerate nature as a human being, but equally by her dedication to ensuring every possible thing can be done to make my stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. I know she extends the same courtesy and thoughtfulness to every guest, and this hotel is lucky to have her as their customer-facing representative :) The manager of this hotel, all of the other front desk reps, the housekeeping staff and the maintenance personnel also all do a fantastic job of running this establishment. The rooms are always extremely clean whenever I stay here, literally every room , every single time (and I have spent over 6 months collectively here if the days/weeks are added together).

When we walked in the room smelt really good like a fabulouso! Loved it

the only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t have shampoo/conditioner or body wash.
