Myself and family went to Colorado springs for the zoo. Check in time was at 3 in the afternoon but both rooms was clean so the front desk let us check in early. All the staff was absolutely amazing.

I liked the location
The main reason I booked was for the hot tub but it was closed the whole stay and the building/room needed maintenance and updating
