We didn't know they have suite facing the bay. Next time we visit we will definitely ask for one of those róoms for our stay there.
Our vehicle we could not see and someone tied to break in our truck . That's the only downfall.

Love the Mgr, Ast. Mgr, Rose an, and Kem! Love comfy beds despite a hermit crab in covers. I loved their compassion shown to us during true emergency crisis, helping with safety before the Hurricane even,but as well as after. Important improvements to be made here in general but is what it is and despite those too, I enjoy it here, kids and ESA too. And the bay view is BEAUTIFUL HERE, BEST SUNRISE AND SET ANYWHERE NEAR HERE!!
Some staff need alignment, attitudes aka character adjustments per service, food quality of breakfast when it's paid for, needs to be better and not ever so little portioned with same bland daily(if they even have that), so have what should as compared to what's advertised for all to see when booking. (This part of review is strictly for travelers.) My kids and I love it here.

Outdoor bar. Bartender Mason was great
Old and had the feeling of dirty. Pool was green. Restaurant manager was not friendly and smug.

The property was at a good location not too far from restaurants, beach, and shopping
The room was not cleaned good. The bathroom was nasty, barely any shampoo, and no tissues ( it was an empty box), and old food was left in the fridge. The representative at the front desk wasn’t rude but definitely did not have a friendly personality
