Sleep Inn I-95 North Savannah

Everything was fine. Staff well aware of customer needs and expectations. They were very helpful and very knowledgeable about their customers. Clean rooms clean bedding... Soap shampoo conditioner dispenser was full fresh clean WHITE towels and wash clothes.. yes I said WHITE.. yall know just what I mean too… most hotels have dingy dirty looking towels that you must take up to the desk and demand fresh clean WHITE towels and wash cloths sometimes the bed too or a whole nother room

The SMELL that came out of the A/C unit was horrendous… I actually poured PineSol into the vents and allowed it to soak for an hour then proceeded to pour more for an additional 15 minutes before I turned it back on… after that it was ok… please do something about that ASAP … the breakfast needs to be kept stocked up until 9am.. everyone does deserve to have a nice hot fresh breakfast especially paying good customers a few came down stairs no breakfast and the staff to do the breakfast that Monday morning was just sitting there dumb found didn’t even move just texting and chatting away on her cell phone and ignoring what the customers were speaking on.. also a better breakfast would be nice add some bacon sausage sandwiches and fried eggs boiled eggs grits packets or pancakes
