It was convenient, location was close dinning, shopping, and freeway access. Room was clean, and the staff was polite and professional. This was a spur of the moment booking in which we need 2 rooms. Not only were rooms available but the price was quite fair.
I was unable receive points as it was booked through 3rd (Booking.com) party. Seems this is something that could have been accommodated. I was unaware of this and it seems to me that when given the many choices one might have, loyalty programs would remedy this and and ensure continued loyalty by giving those points anyway. Small thing, but it's the small things that make a difference in a competitive world.

I didn’t like the breakfast

The location was good for our purposes, hotel was quiet
The breakfast was very lacking. The eggs were rubbery and the sausages were greasy and gray in color both were very unappetizing. The bagels were not very fresh. And I could not find any milk
