Everyone was really friendly we had to call and push are time of arrival back a few times and they were great about it
The beds were a bit hard for me

I have used these facilities for over twenty years with different ownership. Nothing much has changed other than aging.
The drain in the sink needs declogging. The toilet does not stay firm and water keeps running. The bedframe has a part of metal that sticks out and can be dangerous.

Good selection at breakfast
Pool area looked worn and tired, circulation pump was not on all the time, had algae - uninviting and indeed never saw anyone in it.
Shower in 156 was grungy, not well cleaned
