Very clean, good location, and great customer service.
I kind of didn’t like the bed cover and the pillows. The pillow are too soft.

Close to where we needed to be. Staff were very pleasant
Bathroom was very clean. Tiny black bugs in the corners. Walls were dinged up and fixtures were rusty. Took shower head out of holder and there was a ring of rust. Floors could have been cleaner besides the bugs. VERY NOISY!! We were on the first floor and doors were banging at 3:00am!! Could hear people coughing and talking. Just too loud for rest.

Bed was clean and comfortable, good assortment of pillows. Coffee was very hot.
Room was in somewhat shoddy condition. TP holder falling off the wall, blackout shade was falling off its roller. Light fixture was bent down.
