Easy to get to
It smelled like overwhelming body odor as you walked in the front door. The elevator was so slow and the rooms seemed to not have been totally cleaned thoroughly.

The minute we walked in the Lobby, it smelled very clean, like it had just been done. What a pleasant surprise. Everything was so clean and welcoming. Our room was the same, Since this is where we usually stay in Pratt, we were very surprised to see the makeover of our suite. Loved the new wall co,ors, the drapes, and the pictures! See you soon!
I hated having to use Booking.com, but to get this special rate, we had no choice. Wished you could have matched their rate. Also, on your webpage, I couldn't find you various raes like AAA, senior, etc.

Clean place
Our room was damp, the floor was wet and it smelled like mold.
