Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Newport Cincinnati

We loved (me) the check in was pleasant simple and easy ms Deb made sure we had a smooth check in and a great stay she was amazing the breakfast was amazing 👏 🤩 😀 ❤️ ♥️ 😉 👏 everything was good the room was fresh and clean

The shower water pressure was nit up to my liking wasn't hot hot. The parking omg get any smaller spaces and we will go backward 😆

The location was great.

Part of the ceiling in our room fell and water was pouring down, so we let the front desk employee know, but he didn’t apologize or seem to care. He just said “I’ll notify someone.” Also, the women working in the breakfast area did not seem happy.

Location and very clean. Super nice staff.

It would be fun to have a bar there.

The room had not been vacuumed it smelled like mildew and mold, the bathroom faucet, water was a Trinkle, once in the shower, black mold appeared. The towels were gray with stains on them not white and felt like a rug not a towel. When I asked for white towels I was told all our towels are white I beg the difference out was grey.

Only one side of the blackout curtains closed. I’m feeling like maybe they didn’t have staff to cover the hotel for the event for the weekend. Maybe that room was over looked however it’s not what I’m used to for Marriott
