Avis

Unsatisfactory to say the less. I paid for a hotel that I didn’t even stay at.

The woman who was at the front desk was vey considerate and did all you could do to help accommodate me but most of what was unsatisfactory was out of her control.

The facilities were out of date and needed to be remodeled. The tv remotes do not all work and I had to switch rooms due to several remotes not working for the tv in my room. I personally had to go to the CVS to buy Lysol spray and wipes. I honestly did not feel comfortable staying there so I left and booked with the Holiday Inn down the street from the property.

they claimed that i did not have a reservation for the day i did even though i got confirmation of the change and tried to charge me extra

horrific customer service, no hospitality, running a scam

It served its purpose for a cheap one night stay and a place to sleep that’s about it. Have zero expectations and you wo

Close to the interstate and several food places within walking distance. Microwave and mini fridge in room. Hallways were clean. AC worked great.

Mildew/ mold or dirt covering everything. Smelled like a must wet basement. Mattress cover, lamp shades any cloth had mold/mildew. Ceiling tiles gross with thick dirt, bathroom tiles broken, paint splatters coating every single thing. Think slumlord special for years. Mattress hard as a rock

Easy check in, smaller venue so easy to navigate.

Bathroom sink was cracked and sink handle was loose/difficult to turn, no locks on windows, found a large bug on the wall within 30 minutes of arriving, no entry way lights (switch on the wall did not work)
