The receptionist / host was really friendly, helpful and lovely! She genuinely cared that all the guests were having a good time and took the time to greet us whenever we saw her. The apaartment was a good size with extra pillows and a fan as requested. The mattresses were really thick and supportive. Lovely large walk in shower in the bathroom w/ plenty of loo roll, towels and complimentary shampoo sachets. In the kitchen it was really well equipped with frying pan and a selection of saucepan sizes. Good cooking utensils, microwave and hob. Comfy sofa, table and a balcony with table, chairs and airer. Balcony overlooked the pool, had the karaoke bar down the road as soundtrack in the evening! The pool was good sized and I could touch the bottom on tiptoes (I'm 5"8). There was also 2 X baby pools. The whole apartment complex is protected by gated entry with a fob. The balcony had a separate light for outside. Just across the road is a mini supermarket, clothing and other bits shop and a lovely cafe that does great morning coffee. The apartments is 15 - 20 mins walk from the Maspalomas /Playa del Ingles beach and car parking. We parked in the large car park by the beach and paid €17.60 for 24hrs (over 12 HR flat rate).

Having to go home! The plug sockets had the wiring exposed - so we didn't use any extension cables. The standing lamp in the living room didn't work but this wasn't a problem as we used the balcony light. Parking anywhere near the apartments is impossible.

L'appartement est vieillot. Les équipements sont anciens et une odeur désagréable provient des égouts de la salle de bain.

Good place to stay for a few days, nice swimming pool, restaurants near the hotel, beach is also nearby, nothing to complain about that, we even had a fun little mouse in our room, we named him Jerry like the one in Tom and Jerry... no Tom though, but it was fun, can't really complain.

The location was great, nearby the beach and food locations. Lots of free street parking (look for white lined bays those are free)

Shocked this was considered 4stars. It is more like a 3 star. The noise from the upstairs persons kept us up from 2am all the way through to the next day, banging, loud foot steps and we could hear their conversations. Also please consider there is live music playing until 12am which you can very clearly hear. Also quite outdated as a whole.
