Close to everything. Clean for the most part. Easy access and good start

The breakfast bar yogurt machine was not working and a lot of the items centered around having yogurt. I was looking forward to yogurt so was bummed about that. The public restroom was dirty.

We need a place to sry for few hours, being on CWRU campus the entire day. Perfect location, very clean, and the service was provided by people who have a lot of experience .

Nothing.

No microwave in the room. That's it.

The staff were nice and everything helped me extend one day I love speaking with them sweet people

I didn’t like the fact that I extended a night and had to pay the fee over again I was very confused which isn’t fair really because I didn’t leave but at any other hotel I’ve stayed in I didn’t have to pay the fee again which didn’t make any since to me but they waived it for me
