Spark by Hilton Abingdon I-81 near Fairgrounds

Excellent hotel, bed great, very clean. It was a great stay. Plenty of hot water.

My only complaint if I truly had one was the size of bathroom. Our room bathroom was very small, only 1!person could be in there, tight to move around. But very clean.

Location. Clean. All good for the price.

Breakfast was a bit sparse.

Wish there had been a microwave and an ice bucket in the room. Had to go to the front desk for the ice bucket. Everything else was great!

The ease of getting off and then on I81. Cleanliness

The room is basically bare. No coffee maker, no microwave, no alarm clock. Not enough towels. Was put in the last room off the second floor right by an exit door, and constantly waking up by the bangs caused by the closings of the door. Coffee was available in the lobby, but by the time we would pour the coffee and walked back to the room, it would be lukewarm to cold. Went to get coffee for the road and no regular coffee was brewed. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Nothing was warm and very little to choose. Have stayed at other hotels and their continental breakfast has a lot to offer. From cereal to waffles and everything in between. There was only one restuarant near the hotel and after traveling all day, we didn’t want to get back in the car and search for a place to eat. When you hear Hilton, you would think that the quality of the hotel would be a little more upscale. Will definitely tell family and friends to avoid staying at the hotel.
