The only reason your getting a 7 is due to your amazing staff. They went above and beyond just like my 1st experience with a Wyndham a few months ago. That's why we chose you again. The noise omg the noise... this location is not well insulated to the other floors or rooms. You can hear every toilet flush every shower run on every floor. Every footstep in the halls every elevator ride attempted. Those poor people on the 1st floor! I was on the 3rd and experienced so much noise I had to request a fan to try to block out anything the following evening. I got 2 hours of broken sleep after a long day of driving due to whomever above me decided to jump up and down as hard as possible until 4am. The front desk clerk answered my call at 2:11am to make it please stop and he did for 2 hours until they started back up again. It was NOT his fault just really rowdy people in a hotel with no sound proofing. Nonetheless it was not pleasant. The pillows in this location were HORRIBLE on top of not being able to sleep from noise. How much smaller can a pillow get? Were these made for toddlers?! 1st time ever I didn't bring my own pillows due to my 1st experience with your chain and how amazing those pillows were. Thought that would be consistent at all your facilities but nope. Taught me to never trust hotel pillows and I must bring my own. The elevator... holy crap guys really!? It gets stuck. Meaning you could get stuck! Trying to bring our stuff up on a cart the 1st night... this poor girl at the desk had to run up every flight of stairs to find out where it was stuck to get it to come back down to the 1st floor. Completely unacceptable! Your guests could get stuck! Could you imagine that problem!? The bed was super great! The staff was beyond great! The only reason we'd consider Wyndham again is if we always received the top floor and bring our own pillows. If it weren't for the amazing staff we would have left and gone somewhere else.

Included breakfast.

Seems like there is a lot of moisture in the bathroom that it’s creating water damage in the ceiling of the tub area. Also, a guest was allowed to walk around barefoot in the lobby and breakfast area (during breakfast) even though there is a sign at the front desk.

Breakfast was quite frankly disappointing. On or first stay there was no sausage with twenty minutes time left. When I enquirer if the server would prepare more the reply was, NO. The next morning I went down promptly at 6:00am expecting the breakfast bar to be ready and the food at least warm. There was nothing ready. While one resident complained loudly, I preferred to use the rating system to register my displeasure. The bar opened with hot food 15 minutes late.

An effort could have been made by the worker to prepare at least a few more sausages even though there was only twenty minutes remaining in the scheduled breakfast time. The person in charge of the breakfast bar should understand the importance of living up to the timetable utilized as “ company policy “..
