We had a nice view of the water. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property was easy to find and parking was convenient.
There were not and luggage stands and the place was kind of weathered but that is possibly due to the location right on the water.

The view when I walked into the room was amazing. It was a very tiny room but the slider faced the water and it was beautiful. The bed was very comfy and so quiet at night.
I'm the morning there was a family of deer right outside my deck area. It was lovely. It's a very quaint motel that has had some work done to upgrade. A couple of fixes would have made it perfect. The town was a delight though.
Although the view from the slider to the deck was wonderful there were also people walking on the path up to my window. There were no sheers on the window so after I figured out what was happening I had to close the draperies to keep everyone from looking in my room. And the huge spider in the bathroom. Really huge.

Local bus into town on the corner was very handy and free. This helped me to my work at local library. Also for tourist shops and restaurants. Bed wonderfully comfortable. Very clean and nice service from reception and cleaning staff.
The room location at reception was not quiet. The noise of those checking in was not wanted.
And the noise of the wherlpool above me was at 9 to 10. Too noisy for me. But front reception clerk told me she would complain to the room if they did not stop at 9:30. This was not needed but I appreciated the offer.
In future will stay in room further away on properly, as I have enjoyed at Tides Inn for the last 3 years.
