Everything great!

The only thing I didn’t like was the very long walk to the pool, and no place to change clothes in pool area.

The staff was great. Very happy with the shuttle to and from the airport.

The facility was disorientingly large.

The location was perfect for hiking and going to the Mall of America. The warm, fresh cookies were an unexpected tasty treat when we arrived.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door and checked-in very promptly. The lone bartender/server was outstanding despite being completely overwhelmed because he had no help serving food and drinks to an entire restaurant, partially occupied by an convention group living it up in the bar for hours on end.

The management of this hotel is clearly outclassed by their actual staff...as mentioned above, they had no business leaving a single server to tend bar and restaurant on the last night of a convention in the hotel. Toward the end of the evening, a security worker was called on (or maybe self-diagnosed the problem at hand) to help clean the mass of used glassware and dishes that had piled up, still in uniform, which simply left the impression that management was incapable of handling things appropriately. The managers, themselves, should have been doing exactly what that diligent worker was doing, only much earlier in the evening when it was most needed. Another detail that was frustrating is that the coffee maker was tucked-away in a cabinet and difficult to see. That led me to buy coffee at a shop in the lobby which I would otherwise avoid.
