the location was nice, right off the highway and we enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room
the pool and hot tub were down for our entire stay, had to ask for towels multiple times due to them not having any ready for our room.

Breakfast was excellent--plentiful and delicious. Victoria was wonderful. She helped me make my waffle. Front desk personnel, Craig and Kathy, were very helpful and friendly.
No hot water for shower! Not enough light for reading/ room was too dark. Not enough hangers and waste baskets.
Toilet seat was too small. Elevator was out of service.
