The check in was so simple and easy! I appreciated how cordial the staff was and the room was the absolute best!

11 o'clock check out, even though all hotels have this same set up deal.

I really liked how cozy the room was as I slept throughout the night's. I also liked the location, the staff, the room, and the price for the stay.

I didn't like how the overhead blower in the bathroom didn't work when I turned the light switch on for it, and the second thing that I didn't like was that the pillows on the bed weren't comfortable enough for my liking. Other than these things, that was it.

The only positive aspect was the staff. They were very courteous, yet unapologetic for the state of the facilities.

Where to start... First, the rate was similar to that of Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden Inn. We chose this hotel only because there weren't rooms available at the others. The office is accessible only by a flight of steep stairs. There are no elevators in this multi-floor building. The main staircase is a very narrow spiral that is impossible to navigate safely with luggage. We had to use a side entrance that had metal steps with a very small landing. And, wouldn't you know, our room was on the 3rd floor. Our room smelled terrible. The staff sprayed it for us, but the smell was permeated into all surfaces so the spray quickly dissipated. The carpet was filthy and sticky, requiring shoes to be worn at all times to prevent sticky feet or socks. The beds were metal-framed beds with no bedskirts...similar to hide-away beds. The toilet hadn't been cleaned when we checked in. There was no counter space in the bathroom...just the vanity top on the small sink. The TV only picked up local channels, requiring us to provide a streaming device. The free breakfast consisted of granola bars, stale muffins, instant oatmeal, and lukewarm coffee. There were cigarette burns on the sinks and carpet. The refrigerator doors opened the wrong direction, requiring you to skinny between the stove and wall in order to access the contents. I could go on and on. We will NEVER return to this facility. We were very disappointed and uncomfortable the entire time we were there.
