Staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive.

This is a very old hotel and with that comes some modern day problems. The old hardwood floors were very squeaky, no sound proofing in the walls or doors, retro fitted for electrical and AC so did not have many plugs available and the AC was so loud.

The lobby was a beautiful and comfortable place to relax.

The air conditioner in our room cycled on and off repeatedly making it very difficult to sleep.

10 / 10Remarquable·sept. 2026

The aesthetic and the location. I can walk to almost everything in the city. There's a coffee shop and bar in the hotel proper if you don't want to leave the building. The rooms are cozy and well stocked.

How far parking is. The parking situation isn't great. It's definitely not a deal breaker.

Location is great. We did have a big room.

No help with the luggage, bathrooms in lobby were locked and need a code, no noise blocker for door to room so you can hear everything in the hallway.
