Loved the coffee machine! Liked Saturday morning options.
Didn’t care for Sunday morning warm options. Other options were good.

Very impressed with the room I particularly like the blinds that you pushed the button and they went up and down. The room was very dark to sleep in very quiet. I didn’t hear any noise. The bed was awesome. The sheets were so soft and nice. I even ordered myself a king flat sheet ha ha thank you thank you I love the cookies in the lobby. Also, the coffee was delicious. I will definitely go back to a Holiday Inn express on my travels. Thank you, Diane Croften.

The staff at breakfast were amazing!!! They were so helpful and caring.
When checking in, the front desk worker and manager were leaving for the day and didn't want to help with an issue between booking.com and hotel. They charged two nights for no shows even though I canceled the nights and rooms three weeks before. Booking.com would state I needed to speak to the hotel, while the hotel stated I needed to booking.com. I'm still working on resolving the issue
