The location and green space for our dog.

This is a new-ish or refurbished motel which is just fine for a short stay. The staff on reception were welcoming and friendly. Our rooms were a little small but were clean and well-maintained. We didn't use it during our stay, but outside there is a small pool which also looked very clean and well-maintained. Self-serve breakfast offered a fairly standard selection of cereals, breads, hot options etc.
The motel doesn't have a restaurant which normally would be no big deal but good dining options are pretty thin on the ground in Beaver so I'd probably recommend picking up something to eat in your room long before you reach Beaver city limits.

It was kept up. Clean. Good beds.
Breakfast place were out of biscuits because they were too hard,
Need to get almond or oat milk for individuals needing to eat dairy free with the oatmeal and dry cereals.

The stay was not worth $150/night.
