Excellent customer service. Very friendly. Super comfortable beds and pillows.
Need ice machine on another floor, so you do not have to go down to lobby and a microwave.

Staff helpfulness and polite & very clean room.
Nothing that they could could control/ the guest next door to us really loud into the evening.

The EV chargers, the bar service and the convenient location.
Our room was just off the lobby and there was lots of hallway traffic noise, including a barking dog. 'Figured out how to set the HVAC fan to run all the time for "white noise" so we could sleep. Housekeeping was a little sketchy and the shower water temp was sometimes chilly.
