Clean. Good value. Pretty good location. Very nice staff.

I had a little kitchen that had everything one would need for cooking a simple meal. The room was clean and the bed comfy. Water hot and good water pressure in shower. The area seemed very safe, but located a bit away from downtown, though easily reached by car. I biked to downtown and that was ok.

Nothing really! The pool is small and right by the street, but clean and open during posted hours.

My criteria for a motel are fairly simple - clean, quiet, adequate equipment, comfortable. I don't need fancy frills or aesthetic treats... Timbers met my needs admirably at a price that was well below their competition. They offer value at a comparatively low cost.

Have stayed here three times. A decent priced motel in a walkable distance to town.

Will never stay here again. They added on an unsubstantiated $15 charge for a stain after we checked out without notifying me. I was able to dispute through my credit card company. Seemed like a scam to me. Stay at Prospero’s down the street. Better location and nicer rooms for less money.
