It doesn’t feel like a motel. There’s a Sense of community and unwavering customer service that is very different from what I have experienced in other places. It’s calm and friendly, the property is clean and quiet. Jami and her team , Ava,the entire team of hospitality specialists are delightful and welcoming. They make everyone feel safe and comfortable and do it with a smile 😊

Nothing no complaints. I do wish that the staff were given more credit for the hard work they do literally 24 hours a day.

The staff sets the bar pretty high…. I’ve stayed all over the country , I’ve stayed in 2 star I’ve stayed in 5 star and the group of people that run this place far exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond everyday. Not just for me, but for anyone that came into the lobby and asked for help if they needed something for their room if they were making a new booking, if they were checking in late anything I never once caught one speck of irritation, frustration, nothing coming from the staff ever and they were definitely dealing with a lot at some point and they made it look like it was just a walk in the park it was never a heavy uncomfortable cloud in that lobby like I have experienced. In other places it was just great. They’re amazing and this hotel is very lucky to have them.

That I couldn’t take the staff with me if I had them with me every day, I’d probably have like the best energy ever lol

Close to Mayo Clinic

Very drab,dark room. Needs remodeling. Needs a paint job with brighter,ligher colors. A depressing room.
