The location was great and we had a suite room, which was very nice!
The room was lovely, bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed the breakfast!!

I liked that I was able to bring my pet for a very small fee. The price was reasonable.
I didn't like the small bathroom, no microwave, hidden refrigerator, sink outside of the bathroom and cramped area overall. But it served the one night purpose that was needed. I wouldn't advise my friends or family members to try and stay no longer than 2 days.

Clean and location was convenient.
When we got there they said one of our rooms had been cancelled by booking.com or myself which was not true.
Instead of trying to fix the problem they told me I needed to fix it. That my first mistake was using booking.com.
No customer service on their part. I had to call booking.com and they called and resolved the problem for me. Thank goodness they took time to call and fix the problem. The hotel had made the mistake but never apologized. They never took the blame for it. They said my second room had been booked through a different name, Which was not true!
But it all worked out. Lessons learned to never stay there again!
