Well kept

This is a good hotel. The fridge in the bedroom is very spacious, so you can go to a Walmart nearby and buy food. They also have a microwave in the bedroom. I really liked they have ice machines in each floor and there is an ice bucket in the bedroom as well. Overall, I definitely recommend this place if you want a nice bed, a shower, and fridge to store food for a good price. I also wanted to stay near the MCO airport, so this was a good hotel.

Breakfast was not as expected, not even their coffee was good, but I don't wanna sound like this was really bad because this hotel is very budget-friendly and others may like it. Scrambles eggs didn't taste like eggs at all. There were very few options of food, but I was disappointed with their coffee that didn't even taste like coffee either. Anyways, I would probably still stay there again because of their great price, location, ice machines, and spacious fridge.

The location of the property was great and convenient for the airport.

The property has seen far better days, and the current owners obviously do not prioritize the importance of upkeep, cleaning or maintenance of the public areas. There was filth, food on the lobby floor that had not been cleaned throughout our stay, and dirt everywhere. The elevators groaned when in action. There is minor damage everywhere. The hot-tub had been out of action for the previous three weeks due to a missing water pump / heater (presumably readily available anywhere in Florida). The breakfast staff had been instructed not to make de-cafe coffee. The check in staff on arrival were not welcoming or made any effort to smile or make us feel like a valued customer.
