This was a good value. Excellent location and easy to get to many places in Austin. The staff were kind at check in but honestly didn’t interact with them too much. We appreciated the laundry facilities on site.

There was absolutely no silverware or pots or pans in the kitchenette. We had our own so it wasn’t a problem but I imagine for many travelers that this could be an inconvenience it should at least be mentioned to guests in the description. We generally felt safe but it did feel a little sketchy at times, so if you are willing to stay somewhere that might not be the nicest it actually a great value. In general, you get what you pay for and this is what we could afford. Some guests may feel unsafe because there are stalled vehicles in the parking lot and noise can be a problem, there was also a sign about weekly room inspections which I understand but it made the place feel more sketchy. Also the induction cooker was hard to operate and had a timer. I understand this is probably for safety but it felt bizarre.
