Fantastic value for money! The free airport shuttle made arrival and departure completely stress-free, and having a warm, welcoming person at the 24/7 front desk was a great touch. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the happy hour beers were the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day.

A big thank you to Janet at the front desk. We were flying into STL but sadly United canceled our flight, so we did not make the first night of our two-night reservation and were charged a no-show.. Janet to the rescue! She kindly reversed the no-show charge since our absence was beyond our control. Breakfast at the hotel was wonderful! Rooms are very clean and well appointed. Hotel has recently been renovated.

Despite arriving late due to flight delays, we were able to check-in with a very pleasant greeter at the desk who unlocked the hotel door for us.
Air conditioning was pouring out water onto the carpeting which was soaking wet on the air conditioner side of the bed. We had to put towels down. We were too tired to move to another room.
No hair dryer in the room.
