Everyone was friendly and it was clean
Fully booked and front elevator not working then back elevator would not stop at each floor when it was loaded. Same group of people went up and down twice before it let each of them off on there floor. Crockpots not working for gravy and grits

Breakfast was great. I would have liked an option with bacon though. We didn't get to try out the dinner, but it smelled good. The pool area was great, but the bubbles in the hot tub didn't work. The pool was a bit chilly, but I think it was because it was chilly outside and the "heat" hadn't been kicked on yet. The room was adequate, really no issues there.
I would have liked to have a snack machine somewhere available for when the room downstairs closes. I'm pregnant so I was on the hunt for snacks come 1 am! We did visit the little store and it was a bit pricey for what you get.

It was around a lot of eating places and shopping malls
Too many guest that didn’t stay there in the pool area drinking and cussing around kids. My children couldn’t enjoy themselves. Children running up and down the hallways
