I did enjoy the spa..my body was tense from the traveling..I appreciated the quiet space while resting. My son and I felt safe and peaceful while staying here.

Convenient location to nearby shopping and restaurants. Very clean with daily room cleaning.
Hot breakfast was still powdered eggs like every other hotel chain.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Walking distance to multiple things. The lobby area is large along with the breakfast/kickback area. The thought of the kickback is fantastic but its a small window and both days we were not even there to enjoy.
The price of this hotel on a weekend is insane for what you get. The rooms are dated. The beds are so worn they sink in the middle. The elevator has been broken every time we have stayed here. Its clear they dont want to pay to fix what ever the know issue is. This ended up forcing us to use the stairs for everything because the elevator at times would be a 15 min wait. Absolutely nothing was offered to comp the inconvenience of the broken elevator. The kickback is a small window, we missed it both nights.
