The location was perfect.
It’s older and the door to our room didn’t feel safe. The lock is that of a standard bedroom doorknob that can easily be broken into without much effort. The carpets aren’t very clean. The elevator is tiny and takes forever to arrive empty enough to get in. And it only goes from the ground street level to the lobby.

Customer service was very polite.
For the price that was paid I believe the place needed to be taking care of a bit better than it was.

The new workers went above and beyond for us. Even gave us a tour of the other apartments for next year.

The closeness to the beach, room was spacious
We were not aware we had to pay to park at the hotel when we arrived.
