The hotel is close to a lot of good places to visit. Namely the Six Flags park, but I also ended up visiting the nearby Walmart after a clothing emergency, and the Lion's Choice establishment just next door to the hotel was amazing to dine at!
As for the hotel itself, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, and quick and easy check in/out
I happened to be in a room where the key card took a few times to get working every time I wanted to get in my room. It is apparently just a problem of room 219 where I stayed, but still annoying as I went in and out of my room a lot. Didn't ruin my trip, in any case.

Close to interstate
Very weird set up, you walk in to lobby at street level but it’s sort of the landing between the floors. The room was surface clean but hair was in the tub, things were dusty. The ac was a wall unit that was barely on when we arrived so the room was very stuffy and musty. It did kick in and cool down but everything felt damp from it. The only blanket on the bed was fleece so I couldn’t use it. My room was downstairs and felt like a dungeon.
