I have stayed at this property before, it was terrific then and it is still terrific. I will be back. The location is perfect!

It was clean. Day staff was very polite.

Night desk clerk was not very friendly. I thought it was a little ridiculous to have to pay $216.00 for one night., which actually was double that since we were there two nights.

It is a good location and a nice and quiet place to stay and the staff is very helpful and friendly but as for the cleanliness of the room not that great such as the underneath of the rim of the toilet looks like it has never been cleaned and the bathroom floor also looks like it has never been cleaned. We did enjoy our stay in Fruita and we do like staying at Super 8's by Wyndham but this can do better I'm sure.

The location and the quietness of the Hotel.
