It was a quiet room and was clean.
Upon checking the room type I reserved was not available. I was told my room type was sold to someone else as hotel was overbooked. Having worked in hotels myself for 12 years I understood the situation but have never liked that practice. However, it was handled well as I was offered a dbl bed room and rate reduced.

Conveniently located by restaurants and stores, as well as my intended location.
It had a used wash cloth hanging in the bathroom and almost empty toilet paper rolls, so it just gave unclean, no sparkle bucket at this point.

The rooms smell like old smoke and the bathroom had hair in the bathroom and on the floor. It is one night stay only kind of deal. Serviceable but not at all pleasant.
Clean the bathroom floors and clean around the sinks and drains.
